Our judging panel is composed of some of the most respected leaders, experts, and business owners within the beauty, skincare, and aesthetics industry. Each judge goes through an application and interview process to be carefully selected for their proven expertise, integrity, and unwavering commitment to raising industry standards.

We are proud to welcome them to The Beauty & Skincare Awards UK, where their collective knowledge and professionalism ensure every entry is assessed with fairness, credibility, and the highest level of care.

All entries are reviewed through our 100% blind judging process, with all identifying information removed before assessment. This ensures each submission is judged purely on merit, focusing on results, professionalism, customer care, and impact. To further strengthen transparency and fairness, we also use a weighted scoring system, allowing judges to assess key criteria in a balanced and consistent way.

This year, we are also honoured to welcome back a number of our 2024 and 2025 award winners as judges, marking their debut on the panel. Having experienced the awards journey first-hand, they bring a unique and invaluable perspective, understanding not only what excellence looks like, but what it truly takes to achieve it.

As someone who regularly has spray tans, she proudly act as an ambassador for Aura's products - using her first-hand experience to guide innovation and product development. With growing awareness around skin health and long-term wellbeing, Lucinda believes the industry has a responsibility to lead the conversation around safe tanning, as beauty should never come at the expense of skin health, and as awareness around UV damage increases, sunless tanning represents the future of responsible beauty.
