Refund policy

Entries to the awards, sponsorship and event tickets are non-refundable except in the event you purchased multiple entries for the same category in error.

Each refund request will be assessed and final decisions will be made by The Beauty & Skincare Awards. Please submit your request via e-mail to hello@thebeautyandskincareawards.co.uk.
